Hoima Child Rights Network Clubs (HONECRIC) is a registered Community Based Organization established in 2008 and registered in 2009. Based in Hoima City, it was formed to increase the participation of children—especially marginalized children and children with disabilities—in promoting their rights and executing their responsibilities at home, at school and in their communities.
HONECRIC works with schools, children, youth coaches and teachers, parents and stakeholders including local government and NGOs/CBOs.
